We will have guest speakers sharing their experiences of living with a stammer, as well as a range of top workshops which aim to build confidence and provide real help for living with a stammer in daily life and in areas such as public speaking, presentation skills, stress management, etc.

We will also have workshops for parents of children who have a stammer.

The day is free of charge and kicks off at 10am with a free lunch and free tea/coffee served throughout the day. The day is open to people with a stammer, their friends/family and interested organisations.

We held in 2014/15/16/17 a total of seven Open Days, which were made possible through funding from the Big Lottery fund and latterly from the Scottish Government. Our Open Days are always free to attend and a have variety of workshops to choose from on the day, as well as to hear from guest speakers
